At CampuSupport, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to help students and parents find safe off-campus hostels, secure industrial attachment placements, and access on-campus part-time jobs. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our Refund Policy to understand the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The order has not been assigned to a specialist, and the customer requests a cancellation.
- The order is canceled by the customer before any service has commenced.
- The specialist fails to complete the service by the agreed-upon deadline, and the customer no longer requires the service.
- The delivered service does not meet the customer’s original instructions, and revisions fail to address the issues satisfactorily.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must contact our support team and provide detailed reasons for the request. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the service completion date.
Our support team will review the request and may require additional information or documentation. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within seven (7) working days and issued to the original payment method used.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- The customer cancels the order after work has begun or has been completed.
- The customer is dissatisfied with the service quality but did not request revisions.
- The customer fails to provide essential instructions or materials necessary for the service.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on the amount of work completed or the severity of the issue. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a customer is not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, they may escalate the issue by contacting our support team. We will work with the customer to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
CampuSupport reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
